Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the taxi and related services provided by EzyGoa Taxi Services, Bhatti Parra, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa 403510, India. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to EzyGoa Taxi Services.
- “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to the person booking or using our services.
- “Services” refers to all taxi, transfer, sightseeing, and tour services provided by us.
- “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for our services communicated via WhatsApp, phone, or our website.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) from EzyGoa Taxi Services.
- By booking our services, you confirm that the information provided (name, contact, pickup/drop details) is accurate.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion, in which case any advance payment will be refunded in full.
- The Company is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
3. Fares & Payment
- Fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of driver charges and fuel unless stated otherwise.
- Toll charges, state border taxes, and parking fees are payable by the Customer and will be intimated in advance where possible.
- Payment may be made in cash (INR) or via UPI at the end of the journey unless a different arrangement is made in writing.
- The Company does not accept foreign currency. Currency conversion is the Customer’s responsibility.
- For multi-day packages, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
4. Pickup & Waiting Time
- Drivers will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes beyond the confirmed pickup time for airport and railway transfers (flight/train delay accommodated at no extra charge).
- For non-airport/station pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, a waiting charge of ₹100 per 15 minutes may apply.
- If you are unable to locate the driver, please call immediately. The Company is not liable for missed rides due to failure to contact the driver.
5. Cancellation
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- Cancellations 12+ hours before pickup: No charge.
- Cancellations 4–12 hours before pickup: 25% of fare.
- Cancellations less than 4 hours or no-show: 50% of fare.
6. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances inside the vehicle.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times where fitted.
- Abusive, threatening, or violent behaviour towards the driver will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the Customer at cost.
- The driver has the right to refuse service if a passenger appears to be intoxicated or poses a safety risk.
7. Luggage & Personal Belongings
- The Company accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal belongings.
- Passengers are advised to keep valuables with them and not in the boot of the vehicle.
- Found items are held for 7 days; the Customer must arrange collection at their cost.
8. Vehicle & Driver
- Vehicles shown on our website are representative. The actual vehicle may vary in model or colour but will be of equivalent specification and capacity.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle with one of equivalent or superior specification without prior notice.
- All drivers hold valid Indian driving licences and are trained for safe passenger transport.
- The driver’s decision on road safety matters is final.
9. Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, adverse weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- The Company’s maximum liability to any Customer is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
- The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed flights, trains, or other connections.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring all passengers have appropriate travel insurance.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panaji, Goa, India.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
