• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our website (collected via standard server logs).

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are made in cash or via UPI directly to the driver or through third-party UPI apps — no card data passes through our systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm and fulfil your taxi booking.
• To communicate booking details, driver information, and pick-up reminders.
• To respond to queries and provide customer support.
• To improve our services and website experience.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. WhatsApp Communication

Our booking system redirects you to WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) with pre-filled booking details. Once you send a WhatsApp message, your communication is also subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We store booking records received via WhatsApp only as long as necessary for service delivery.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Our drivers: Name and phone number are shared with the assigned driver to facilitate pickup.
• Law enforcement: If required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.
• Service providers: Third-party tools used to operate our website (e.g., hosting providers), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for a maximum of 2 years after the date of service, after which they are deleted. Technical log data is retained for up to 90 days.

6. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies to ensure core functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for strictly necessary cookies under applicable Indian law.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it comes into force), you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
