This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with EzyGoa Taxi Services, Bhatti Parra, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa 403510, India. By making a booking, you agree to this policy.

1. How to Cancel a Booking

  • Call us at +91-7406008393 or send a WhatsApp message to the same number.
  • Provide your name, booking date, and pickup details for identification.
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation message from us. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please follow up.
  • Cancellation requests not confirmed by our team will not be treated as valid.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of a confirmed cancellation.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the advance payment (UPI, bank transfer).
  • Cash bookings where no advance was collected have no refund applicable — cancellation fees are waived for rides that have not yet commenced.
  • Refund requests beyond 30 days of the original booking date will not be entertained.

3. Modifications to Bookings

  • You may request a modification to your pickup time, location, or vehicle type by contacting us as early as possible.
  • Modifications are accommodated subject to vehicle availability and may result in a fare adjustment.
  • A modification resulting in a lower fare is not automatically refunded — the difference may be applied as credit toward a future booking, at our discretion.
  • Route changes during a journey are permitted but may attract additional fare, which must be agreed with the driver before the change is made.

4. Cancellations by EzyGoa Taxi Services

  • In exceptional circumstances (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, force majeure events), we may need to cancel a confirmed booking.
  • In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund of any advance payment or an alternative vehicle/service.
  • The Company’s liability in such circumstances is limited to the refund of the advance paid.

5. Multi-Day & Package Bookings

  • For multi-day packages, cancellation fees are calculated on the total package value, not the per-day fare.
  • If a Customer cancels after commencement of a multi-day package, fees for days already serviced are non-refundable, and the remaining days are subject to the standard cancellation schedule above.
  • No-shows on any day of a confirmed multi-day package attract the no-show fee for that day.

6. Disputes

Any dispute regarding cancellations or refunds should be raised within 7 days of the cancellation date by emailing ezygoataxiservices@gmail.com. Disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Panaji, Goa.
