How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 hours in advance for local rides. For airport or railway transfers, book 12–24 hours ahead to guarantee vehicle availability. Last-minute bookings are welcome subject to availability.

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you send your booking request via WhatsApp, our team will confirm it within a few minutes, including driver name and vehicle details, usually sent the night before or a few hours before pickup.

Can I pre-book a taxi for early morning or late-night rides?

Absolutely. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including late nights, early mornings, and public holidays. There is no extra surcharge for odd-hour rides.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (INR), UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and bank transfers for advance bookings. We do not charge any convenience fee for digital payments.

For standard bookings, payment is made at the end of the trip — no advance payment is required. For multi-day packages or large vehicle bookings, we may request a partial advance to confirm the booking.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The fare quoted at the time of booking is the fare you pay. Tolls (if applicable) and parking fees are extra and will be clearly communicated. There are no hidden charges, fuel surcharges, or night charges unless specified.

We serve both Mopa International Airport (GOX) in North Goa and Dabolim Airport (GOI) in South Goa. We offer pickup and drop-off services for both terminals.

We monitor your flight and train arrivals in real time. If your flight or train is delayed, our driver will wait — there is no extra charge for the first 60 minutes of waiting. After that, a nominal waiting charge applies.

Yes. For airport pickups, our driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name, so you can find us easily even if it's your first time at Mopa or Dabolim.

Yes, we can arrange outstation transfers to destinations in neighbouring states, including Belagavi (Belgaum), Hubli, Mangalore, Mumbai, and Pune. Contact us for outstation quotes.

Our fleet includes: Hatchback (4 seats), Sedan – Maruti Dzire (4 seats), MPV – Ertiga (6 seats), SUV – Innova Crysta (6–7 seats), Mini Bus (up to 12 seats), and Bus (20+ seats). All vehicles are air-conditioned.

Yes, all our vehicles are fully air-conditioned. The AC will be running throughout your journey at no extra cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Last-minute changes are handled on a best-effort basis depending on driver availability.
